WASHINGTON, D.C. – The National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA), a not-for-revenue group that represents the pursuits of rural electrical cooperatives and public energy districts, introduced a brand new chief government officer.
Jim Matheson, a former Utah congressman, started his tenure final month.
Matheson replaces former Missouri congresswoman Jo Ann Emerson, who took the helm at NRECA in 2013.
